This tilt latch, spring loaded, injected molded plastic, white, with fasteners. For use on sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning, 3-9/16" L, 7/8" W, 2-5/8" hole centers, 11/16" backset. Use by a variety of window manufactures.

Install over doors and windows to channel away rain and snow. The confined caulking area insures neat appearance and positive seal. Aluminum.
