Mobile Home Depot Inc. is focused on customer satisfaction. Our Parts Department is knowledgeable and well experienced in the mobile/manufactured home industry. We strive to maintain a large inventory of stock and are always working with industry manufactures to improve product availability. (with the current economy many manufactures no longer warehouse products themselves, they now build-as-orderd to reduce cost) this is understandable but could delay our processing time. Also MHD offers one of the largest selections of parts and accessories for the manufactured housing industry, However, it is out of our control if a manufacturer chooses to discontinue or replace items.

Shipping & Handling Shipping is available worldwide. MHD will try to ship the most economical means (via US Postal, FedEx, UPS, etc.). Items that fall outside of the size and weight restrictions would have to be shipped freight. Resident destinations are subject to higher rates than that of a business address. In the case of products arriving damaged, refuse delivery and notify MHD ASAP (within 24 hours). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Unless shipped in error, Mobile Home Depot Inc. will not accept any merchandise for return without prior written authorization from Customer Service. Only products in our current offering, in good resalable condition will be considered. All returns, (except when a direct result of Mobile Home Depot Inc. error) must be returned freight paid and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return requests beyond 30 days after invoice will not be considered. Special order items, furnace parts, electrical parts, and pre-cut materials may not be returned. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
